Franks Chinese Cars is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind, for personal non-commercial use by its operator.

What the service does

The application reads publicly available upload feeds from a fixed list of YouTube channels and adds those videos to playlists on a YouTube channel owned by the operator. It hosts no video content of its own. All videos remain on YouTube, served by YouTube, and belong to the creators who made them.

Availability

The operator may change, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time, without notice. No uptime is promised and none should be assumed.

Governing terms

Use of the service is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service. The application is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by YouTube or Google.

Liability

The operator accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from use of the service, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
