Franks Chinese Cars is a personal, non-commercial tool. It collects public video listings from a fixed set of YouTube channels and files them into playlists on a single YouTube channel owned by the operator.

What it accesses

With your authorization, the application uses the YouTube Data API to read and modify playlists on your own YouTube account. It accesses nothing else — not your watch history, not your subscriptions, not your profile, and no content belonging to anyone else.

What it stores

The application stores YouTube video identifiers and playlist identifiers, so that it does not add the same video to a playlist twice. That is the whole of what it retains. It does not collect, store, transmit, or sell personal information, and it has no users other than the operator.

Who it shares with

No one. Nothing is passed to third parties, advertisers, or analytics services. Use of the YouTube API is governed by the Google Privacy Policy.

Withdrawing access

Authorization can be revoked at any time from your Google account permissions page. Revoking it stops the application immediately and permanently.
